How payment works.
When do I pay for my website?
Not until you have seen it. We build a working preview first. The build fee is due when you approve the preview, and your monthly plan starts the month your site goes live.
Can I spread the build fee out?
Yes. Any package can be split into 12 equal monthly payments added to your care plan, with no interest.
Is there a long-term contract?
Monthly plans have a 6-month minimum so we can do the work that takes time to show up in search. After that, they are month to month and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything. We hand over your site files and help move your domain and hosting wherever you like.
Do you charge for ad spend?
Ad spend goes directly to Google or Meta on your own card. Our management fee is separate, and we never mark up your ad spend.
What counts as an edit?
Text changes, new photos, updated hours, a new service or a seasonal promotion. Bigger projects like a new section or extra pages are quoted up front before we start.
